Wave Sync Cloud Maintenance

Dear Valued Customers,

We’ve been informed by Hanwha Vision of an upcoming Relay Server upgrade to enhance performance and reliability. Updates for the Asia-Pacific region are scheduled for Friday, December 20, 2024, at 2:30 AM AEST - Wednesday, Dec 25, 2024 at 11:00pm AEST.

Service continuity is expected during the migration, and no action is required.

However, if access via Wave Sync remains unavailable after the maintenance, a full restart of the Wisenet Wave service may be necessary to restore connectivity.
